QA Program

We are very serious about our quality of services. We have developed a check and balance system by providing a QA Manager that does not supervise the crews or operations. The QA Managers job is to perform daily QA Inspections, create a report, and meet with our customers to ensure the facility is maintained to their standard and actively communicate all issues to our operations and management staff.

Our pay structure for our janitors is much higher that the industry average. Experienced janitors pay rates are $ 9.00 to $ 12.00 hourly.
